PROJECT GOAL & REQUIREMENTS

Kessler
  Park

Originally intended to be an entire home remodel and furnishing project, the scope became fluid as our clients were relocated mid-project.  We adapted our plans to help sell this beautiful home, and are thrilled to continue working with our clients in their new location!

Entryway

Entryway Vignette

Flanked by a pair of celadon Gio Ponti chairs, a Biedermeier chest serves to store keys and other front door necessities.

Modern art highlights the playful nature of this home, and a thin buffet lamp adds functional light to wash the artwork and chest.

Above, a classic chandelier style is updated in a fresh plaster finish.

Dining Room

A grisaille mural wraps the walls in this dining room, both extending the reach of the garden just outside the doors, and reminding the homeowners of their native mountain views.

White wool drapery frames the doors, with a pink trim that references the Murano chandelier, and the chairs are upholstered in a green striae velvet for durability and texture for this space that blends formality and familiarity.

Primary Bathroom Space Plan

A new bathroom layout maximizes flow- allowing the homeowners counter space, instead of the original pedestal sinks.  The new sightline created from the bathroom door allows for additional privacy and a feature wall to place meaningful art.

This design also allows for added functionality in the closet by creating a more accessible doorway and additional hanging space and shoe storage.
